SOLUTIONS (PROBLEMS WE SOLVED)

FOX transmitter

During design phase no decision was made, how FOX transmitter will be power supplied. 12 V was out of question, 4.5 V was not eligible. Therefore, step up and step down converter has been used, however there was just little space for booths.

PCB

PCB's are self-created using the Laser Printing, ironing and milling solution. The first PCB has been created very well, however there were problems with the next one. After ironing and soaking the paper pulled out the wiring also. The solution was to soak for 12 hours, and with smooth rubbing the wiring remained on the copper sheet.

First distance test

Distance of transmission between CanSat electronics and ground station was only 7 meters at the first try, but it did not make us sad. After looking Arduino FAQ sites, we used another software component. Therefore, we were able to bridge 2 km distance.
